These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OSARE (easafariroutes.com), a platform connecting travelers with independent tourism operators, accommodations, and transport providers across East Africa. By using this website, you agree to these Terms.
OSARE is a free directory and discovery platform. We display listings submitted by independent Vendors so that travelers can search, compare, and contact them directly. OSARE does not operate safaris, transport services, or accommodations itself, and is not a party to any booking made between a traveler and a Vendor.
You may browse and search listings free of charge. When you choose to contact a Vendor — including via the "Book via WhatsApp" feature — you leave OSARE and communicate directly with that Vendor. Any booking, payment, or agreement made is strictly between you and the Vendor.
Listing information (including prices, availability, and descriptions) is provided by Vendors themselves. While we take reasonable steps such as phone verification, OSARE cannot guarantee that all listing information is accurate, current, or complete. Always confirm details directly with the Vendor before booking.
Businesses that wish to list on OSARE are subject to our separate Vendor Agreement, which governs commission, verification, and listing conduct.
You agree not to use the platform to submit false information, impersonate another person or business, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the platform, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
OSARE is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, OSARE is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or dispute arising from a booking, transaction, or interaction between a traveler and a Vendor, including but not limited to cancellations, service quality, or safety incidents during a booked service.
The platform contains links to third-party services, including WhatsApp and individual Vendor websites. OSARE is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or conduct of these third parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time as the platform evolves. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
