OSARE (easafariroutes.com) lists your tours, transport, accommodation, or related travel services to tourists and locals across East Africa, free of charge to you. There is no listing fee, subscription, or upfront cost to join.
For every booking a traveller completes with you after contacting you through OSARE, you agree to pay OSARE a commission of 5% of the total booking value. This applies whether the booking is confirmed via WhatsApp, phone, email, or in person, as long as the traveller found you through OSARE.
Every enquiry sent through OSARE carries a booking reference code (e.g. OSARE0001). Commission applies only to bookings from enquiries that carry an OSARE reference code. It does not apply to your existing or repeat customers, or to customers who reach you through other channels.
Commission is due within 48 hours of receiving payment from the traveller. Please quote your booking reference code (e.g. OSARE0001) when sending payment, so it can be matched to the correct booking.

We will confirm each commission payment we receive by WhatsApp or email, and you can ask us for a receipt at any time.
You agree to keep your listing information — prices, availability, and contact details — accurate and up to date. Misleading listings may be removed.
If we need to change how your listing is displayed (for example, replacing a photo that will not load), we will let you know. You can ask us at any time to update or correct your listing.
If a commission is overdue, we will first send you a reminder by WhatsApp or email and allow 7 days to settle it. Repeated failure to pay commissions owed may then result in your listing being suspended or removed from OSARE.
OSARE may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
